Customer Panel (On-line and in-person opportunities)
The Customer Panel consists of members of the public, businesses, local interest groups and service providers who volunteer to provide feedback about the new Somerset Council and its services.
Customer Panel members will be asked to take part in research that will help us:
- Understand the needs and preferences of our customers.
- Ensure our services are easy to access and use.
- Identify how and where we as a Council can improve.
You could help with this by:
- Taking part in focus groups
- Being interviewed about your views
- Completing surveys
- Some things are in person and some online. You choose.
The Customer Panel will provide valuable insights about the needs and preferences of our customers, helping to shape our services.
